Policies
MASK POLICY
Yes, masks are still required at this time. I work in a small space performing up-close and personal services on multiple people throughout the day. I want to make sure everyone stays healthy and safe, myself included! I would hate to have to take sick time off because someone didn’t want to wear a mask. That would mean no wax for you! Mask up!
NO KIDS
As much as I love seeing them, please find a time to come in when they are in someone else’s care. A wax studio is neither a safe nor appropriate environment for small children for a number of reasons. Most small children are not capable of sitting still without messing with my equipment around the room, or worse, pulling open the curtain during your service! I can’t provide the best quality service if I am also focused on what your little one is doing. I’ll be anxious, you’ll be anxious, and your child will be bored. So please, leave them at home!
CANCELLATIONS
I currently don’t have a ‘policy’ in place for cancellations. With that being said, I appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel/reschedule. Last minute cancellations truly hurt my business, and I would hate to have to implement a fee for them if it becomes an issue. I provide a 48hr and 24hr confirmation/reminder text to give you plenty of time to reschedule your appointment if need be.
LATE POLICY
There is a grace period of 10 minutes to make it to your reservation. If you are later than 10 minutes past your appointment time, we may need to reschedule you for another day/time. I allot enough time for your reservation to provide the best quality service for you, which is why I will not perform a service that is rushed due to lateness.
NO-SHOWS
If you do not show up to your reservation without calling to cancel/reschedule, you will have to pay 100% for the services on any no-showed reservations within a year of your first no-show. In other words, you get 1 pass but after that you will pay the 100% no-show fee. There’s a lot of risk involved in running a solo small business, so I ask that you do your best to communicate with me about your appointment needs, and I will always do whatever I can to understand and accommodate you.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
When you arrive for your reservation, I ask that you wait in your car and send me a text to let me know you have arrived (refer to your confirmation e-mail for the #). You may also feel free to use the restroom while you wait. Please to not try to open or knock on the door as to avoid disturbing any services that are in progress.
